Supervised brushing programmes
Daily supervised brushing in schools and settings: the intervention itself, run end to end with the Hub behind it.
Shifting childhood oral health from treatment to prevention, at a time when decay is high and dental access has never been harder. We work with families, schools, and local authorities to build healthy habits everywhere a child lives. Our app is free for every family, forever.

Started at home, reinforced at school, carried by the workforce, held together by one clinical voice. Each part makes the others work harder.
Tooth decay is still the most common reason a child in England is admitted to hospital. In our most deprived communities, the numbers are not moving.
The system children grow up in was built to treat decay, not to stop it. We are changing where oral health lives: not in a single brush or a single school session, but in the everyday places a child already is. At home. In the classroom. In the hands of the adults who care for them.
Healthy habits hold when a child meets them everywhere and keeps meeting them. That is what we build, for families, for schools, and for the local authorities responsible for children's health.
Most brushing apps are a timer with a song. Ours is something a child chooses to come back to.
We made it free for the same reason school is free. A child's oral health should not depend on what their family can pay.
Something genuinely useful to put in front of every family in your area, at no cost and no risk, that keeps working long after the school day ends.

Supervised toothbrushing programmes are hard to run well, and most providers do not help. The Hub is the system that keeps yours visible and manageable.
The Hub is licensed by local authorities.
A supervised brushing programme that is no longer invisible or unmanageable, but something you can oversee, report on, and stand behind.
Our team is clinically trained, and every contract is shaped to the area it serves. We deliver three distinct programmes, commissioned under the headings you already use.

The broader contract, where supervised brushing sits alongside measures such as a fluoride varnish programme under one commissioned piece of work.
Train-the-trainer. We build lasting oral health capability into a setting's own staff: training a nurse in a care home to lead on oral health, so they change that home from the inside, long after we have left. This is the work that leaves capability behind rather than dependency.
Each programme is tailored to your area. If you would like to talk about what delivery could look like where you are, get in touch.

It is the same clinical voice that runs through the app and the school sessions, and the resource backbone behind every workforce training programme we deliver. We built it because the professionals supporting the most vulnerable children rarely have oral health guidance written for their reality.

*Figures accurate as of June 2026.
A programme that had been dormant for years moved to 168 settings actively participating, run by a single programme manager, with 71.2% actively brushing within one year and 81.6% of the most deprived (IMD 1-2) settings now taking part. Quarterly DHSC reporting that once took days is done in minutes.

The same app, free for every family in your area, built by NHS dentists, with the learning hidden inside something children come back to.

For as long as anyone can remember, children's oral health has meant waiting for decay, then treating it. We think that is the wrong way round. So we build the alternative: prevention embedded in the places children already live, reaching them early and often enough to change the habit for good.
You might want one part of this, or all of it. In time, we hope you want all of it, not for what it returns, but for what it is worth to the children in your communities.
There is a free app you can recommend to every family in your area today. If you would like to talk about supervised brushing, an oral health programme, or workforce training where you are, we would like to hear from you.
